New features to the Emerald!

Hi, SakuraServer players :)
Today, We've added following new features to the Emerald!

1. To the Emerald:
   Player who was beaten with Emerald will be healed health/food gauge, got few positive potion effects. (Proposer: tekusuton)
   
2. To the Emerald Block:
   Players can walk on the emerald blocks faster than on the other blocks. (Proposer: Spinel_Guu)
