im fifteen, and im 53, and 128 pounds. my stomach is flat and i have hipbones, but my legs are so fat, theres no gap in between them very much. im going on vacation in a little more than two months, and i want to down to about 108-110 pounds. i eat about 1100 calories a day, in fruits and veggies, and exercise by running and biking a lot. any tips on what exercises to do or what my diet should be like to lose the weight by then i dont want to be stick thin, but at a healthier weight and more in shape. thanks! ).
