how can i look the industry leading for summer without going on some crazy diet .

i want to lose weight quick industry leading but whenever i try to i always break my rules. all these dieting products are far too expensive, and if anybody has a quick and easy way to lose weight quick , please please let me know.many thanks..

just try and minimise all junk food in your diet (if you eat a lot) to a minimum, maybe just allow yourself a treat once a week try to incorporate exercise in to your daily activities - at least 20-30 minutes a day, at least this way your doing it the righthealthy way )
